Healthy diet needed!
Oh mai... since dah rasa macam tak boleh blah, balik kerja je terus singgah Watson. Dengan harapan ada jual weight scale. YES!! i'm looking for a weight scale since part dekat perut dah rasa lain giler. Sangat tak selesa. Bila dah jadi macam tu, haha maksudnya i dah gain some weight la tu. I ingatkan sikit je. Sampai rumah terus timbang my body weight. Mak aihh, nak pengsan bila tengok my current weight. Due to i attend a few event yang the food is so YUMMY and since last few weeks i balik rumah and mama punya masakan sangat YUMMY, i dah gain like 3-4 KG from my usual weight. Kalau nak gemuk ni senang je. Makan sikit dah naik. Tapi kalau nak kurangkan weight, fuhh punyalah susah. Ok Iera, it's time for you to reduce pengambilan snacks,sugar and fast food.

ko guna scale mcm tu rs nak pengsan dh..aku yg guna scale digital tgk berat sendiri lg la..haha..sila diet ye~hehhe

waaaah! Masalah yg sama! Susah giler nak turun. Amik masa 4 bulan utk turun 10 kg, tp 2 bulan jerk utk naik 6 kg! Grrrr.... berat badan mcm YOYO! Kalau keje kat ofis, elakkan trus duduk lepas makan, jalan/brdiri kjap 10 minit, spaya perut tak muncit....

cempaka biru: masalahnye sekali makan nasi mau naik 2 kg... haha... opis bnyk giler snack.. asyik pg pantry makan je.. lol~
rasanya kan mun,kamu nampaknya seperti kurus berbanding dulu
